Shipping Information

Delivery will be made within 5-7 days after arrival, and shipping fees are separate, similar to VAT.
Once your order is confirmed and the product arrives at the shipping company, they will contact you directly. Additional charges may apply if elevator use is not possible. For those concerned about potential accidents during delivery, please consider high-value shipping with insurance. There may be cases where a ladder truck is needed, or the product needs to be disassembled. Konstans can assist you in arranging the type of delivery you prefer, but please understand that we do not have our own delivery team, so assigning responsibility in case of an accident may be difficult.
