Q. When and how can I check the product?
After we confirm product arrival and your order, we will contact you. You can then choose to:1. Visit our showroom/warehouse directly to inspect the product, or
2. Check the product through a video.
If you choose to visit in person, please make an appointment via DM at @constance.online.
Q. How much is the shipping fee?
Freight shipping costs are determined on a cash-on-delivery basis, depending on the distance, the presence of stairs, and the size and weight of the product. Pickup is also available. If you choose the pickup option, we will contact you to schedule an appointment.Q. What is the delivery schedule?
We will provide you with the delivery schedule after the item arrives. Please understand that once the delivery date is set, specific time requests may be difficult to accommodate.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If you cancel your order before shipping begins, you will receive a full refund. Due to the nature of vintage products, exchanges and refunds are not possible once shipping has started.Q. Can I make a reservation to browse?
Our showroom is open for visits anytime from Monday to Sunday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. However, warehouse visits are only available by appointment for specific items.
When making a warehouse visit appointment, please let us know which products you would like to see.
Q. Is a discount possible?
All product prices are fixed. If you are an interior design client, please send us your company website and relevant information. We will contact you after an internal review.
