Shipping Guide

Delivery usually takes 5-7 days after 입고, and shipping costs are separate from VAT.
Once your order is confirmed and the product arrives at the shipping company, they will contact you directly. Additional charges may apply if elevator use is not possible. If you are concerned about potential accidents during delivery, please consider expensive transportation with insurance. Sometimes a ladder truck is needed, or the product may need to be disassembled. Konstans can assist you with your preferred type of delivery, but as we do not have our own delivery team, we kindly ask for your understanding that it may be difficult to assign responsibility in the event of an accident.

Exchange & Refund

Vintage products show signs of age and use. Please consider this carefully before purchasing. Exchanges and refunds are not possible after delivery. For sensitive customers, we recommend requesting a video before delivery or checking the condition by visiting our showroom/warehouse.
