Delivery Information

Delivery will be made within 5-7 days of receipt, and delivery fees are separate, just like VAT.
Once your order is confirmed and the product is received by the delivery company, the delivery company will contact you directly.

Additional charges may apply if an elevator cannot be used.

If you are concerned about potential accidents during delivery, please consider high-value shipping with insurance. There may be cases where a ladder truck is needed, or the product needs to be disassembled. Constance can assist you with arranging the type of vehicle you prefer, but since we do not have our own delivery team,

please understand in advance that it is difficult to assign liability in case of an accident.

Exchanges & Refunds

Vintage products may show signs of age or use. Please consider this and make your purchase carefully. Exchanges and refunds are not possible after delivery. If you are sensitive, you can request a video before delivery or check the condition by visiting our showroom/warehouse.
