Delivery Information

Delivery will be made within 5-7 days after arrival. Delivery fees are separate, similar to VAT.
Once your order is confirmed and the product arrives at the delivery company, they will contact you directly. Additional charges may apply if elevator use is not possible. If you are concerned about potential accidents during delivery, please consider high-value shipping with insurance. There may be cases where a ladder truck is needed, or the product needs to be disassembled. Constans can assist you with arranging the type of delivery you prefer, but please understand that it is difficult to assign responsibility in case of an accident as we do not have our own delivery team.

Exchanges & Returns

Vintage products may show signs of age or wear and tear. Please consider this and make your purchase carefully. Exchanges and refunds are not possible after delivery. If you are sensitive, we recommend requesting a video before delivery or checking the condition by visiting our showroom/warehouse.
