Delivery Information

Delivery will be made within 5-7 days after 입고 (product arrival). Delivery fees, like VAT, are separate.
After your order is confirmed and the product arrives at the delivery company, the delivery company will contact you directly. Additional charges may apply if elevator use is not possible. If you are concerned about accidents that may occur during delivery, please consider high-value insured shipping. In some cases, a ladder truck may be required, or the product may need to be disassembled. Constance can assist you with your preferred type of vehicle dispatch, but since we do not have our own delivery team, we ask for your understanding in advance that it may be difficult to assign responsibility in the event of an accident.

Exchanges & Refunds

Vintage products show signs of age or use. Please consider this and make your purchase carefully. Exchanges and refunds are not possible after delivery. If you are sensitive, we recommend requesting a video before delivery or checking the condition by visiting our showroom/warehouse.
