Delivery will be made within 5-7 days after arrival, and shipping costs are separate, as is VAT.
Once your order is confirmed and the product arrives at the delivery company, they will contact you directly. Additional charges may apply if elevator use is not possible. If you are concerned about accidents that may occur during delivery, please consider high-value shipping with insurance. A ladder truck may be required, or the product may need to be disassembled. Konstans can assist you with the type of vehicle dispatch you desire, but as we do not have our own delivery team, we ask for your understanding in advance that it is difficult to assign responsibility in the event of an accident.
