Delivery will be made within 5-7 days after arrival in stock. Delivery fees are separate, as is VAT.
Once your order is confirmed and the product arrives at the delivery company, they will contact you directly. Additional charges may apply if elevator use is not possible. For those concerned about potential accidents during delivery, please consider high-value shipping with insurance. Sometimes a ladder truck is needed, or the product may need to be disassembled. While Konstance can assist you with your preferred type of delivery, we do not have our own delivery team, so please understand in advance that it may be difficult to assign responsibility in case of an accident.
