Shipping Information

Delivery will be made within 5-7 days after arrival, and shipping costs, like VAT, are separate.
After order confirmation, once the product arrives at the delivery company, the delivery company will contact you directly. Additional charges may apply if elevator use is not possible. For those concerned about potential accidents during delivery, please consider high-value shipping with insurance. A ladder truck may be required, or the product may need to be disassembled. While Konstance can assist with arranging the desired type of delivery, please understand in advance that we cannot assign responsibility in case of an accident as we do not have our own delivery team.
