Delivery Information
Delivery will be made within 5-7 days after 입고, and delivery fees, like VAT, are separate.
After order confirmation, once the product is received by the delivery company, they will contact you directly. Additional charges may apply if elevator use is not possible. For those concerned about potential accidents during delivery, please consider high-value insured transportation. A ladder truck may be necessary in some cases, and products may need to be disassembled. While Constans can assist with arranging the type of delivery you prefer, please understand in advance that we cannot take responsibility in case of an accident as we do not have our own delivery team.
Exchanges & Refunds
Vintage products may show signs of age or use. Please consider this and make a careful purchase. Exchanges and refunds are not possible after delivery. We recommend that sensitive customers request a video before delivery or check the condition by visiting our showroom/warehouse.
