 Delivery Information

Delivery will be made within 5-7 days after arrival. Delivery fees, like VAT, are separate.
Once your order is confirmed and the product arrives at the delivery company, they will contact you directly. Additional charges may apply if elevator use is not possible. For those concerned about potential accidents during delivery, please consider insured high-value shipping. There may be cases where a ladder truck is needed, or the product needs to be disassembled. Constrance can assist you with the type of dispatch you desire, but as we do not have our own delivery team, we ask for your understanding that assigning responsibility in case of an accident may be difficult.

Exchanges & Refunds

Vintage products show signs of age or use. Please consider this and make your purchase carefully. Exchanges and refunds are not possible after delivery. For sensitive individuals, we recommend requesting a video before delivery or checking the condition by visiting our showroom/warehouse.
