Delivery Information

Delivery will be made within 5-7 days after 입고 (warehousing). Delivery fees, like VAT, are separate.
After confirming your order, once the product is received by the delivery company, they will contact you directly. Additional charges may apply if elevator use is not possible. For those concerned about potential accidents during delivery, please consider high-value insured shipping. There may be cases where a ladder truck is needed, or the product needs to be disassembled. Konstans can assist you with the type of vehicle allocation you desire, but as we do not have an in-house delivery team, please understand in advance that it is difficult to assign responsibility in the event of an accident.

Exchanges & Refunds

Vintage products show signs of age and use. Please consider this carefully before purchasing. Exchanges and refunds are not possible after delivery. For sensitive individuals, we recommend requesting a video before delivery or checking the condition by visiting our showroom/warehouse.
