Delivery Information
Delivery will be made within 5-7 days after arrival. Delivery fees, like VAT, are separate.
Once the product arrives at the delivery company after order confirmation, the delivery company will contact you directly. Additional charges may apply if elevator use is not possible. If you are concerned about potential accidents during delivery, please consider high-value shipping with insurance. There may be cases where a ladder truck is needed, or the product needs to be disassembled. While Konstance can assist with arranging your preferred type of delivery, we do not have our own delivery team, so please understand in advance that it is difficult to assign responsibility in case of an accident.
Exchange & Refund
Vintage products show signs of age or use. Please consider this and make a careful purchase. Exchanges and refunds are not possible after delivery. For sensitive individuals, we recommend requesting a video before delivery or checking the condition by visiting our showroom/warehouse.
