Shipping Information

Delivery will be made within 5 to 7 days after arrival, and shipping costs, like VAT, are separate.
After order confirmation, once the product arrives at the delivery company, they will contact you directly.

If elevator use is not possible, additional charges may apply.

For those concerned about possible accidents during delivery, please consider high-value insured transportation. Sometimes a ladder truck is needed, or the product may need to be disassembled. Konstans can assist you in arranging the type of dispatch you prefer, but since we do not have our own delivery team,

we ask for your understanding that it is difficult to assign responsibility in case of an accident.
