Shipping Information
Delivery will be made within 5-7 days after 입고 (receiving stock). Shipping fees, like VAT, are separate.
Once your order is confirmed and the product is received by the delivery company, the delivery company will contact you directly.
Additional charges may apply if elevator use is not possible.
If you are concerned about potential accidents during delivery, please consider high-value shipping with insurance. A ladder truck may be necessary, or the product may need to be disassembled. Konstans can assist you in arranging your desired type of vehicle, but as we do not have our own delivery team,
please understand in advance that it is difficult to assign responsibility in the event of an accident.
Exchanges & Refunds
Vintage products show signs of age and use. Please consider this and make your purchase carefully. Exchanges and refunds are not possible after delivery. If you are sensitive to such conditions, you may request a video before shipping or check the condition by visiting our showroom/warehouse.
