Shipping Information

Delivery will be made within 5-7 days after arrival, and shipping costs are separate, just like VAT.
Once your order is confirmed and the product is received by the shipping company, the shipping company will contact you directly. Additional charges may apply if elevator use is not possible. If you are concerned about potential accidents during delivery, please consider high-value shipping with insurance. A ladder truck may be required, or the product may need to be disassembled.
