Delivery Information
Delivery will be made within 5-7 days after 입고 (arrival of goods), and delivery fees are separate, similar to VAT.
Once your order is confirmed and the product arrives at the delivery company, the delivery company will contact you directly.
Additional charges may apply if elevator use is not possible.
If you are concerned about potential accidents during delivery, please consider high-value insured shipping. In some cases, a ladder truck may be needed, or the product may need to be disassembled. While Constancy can assist you in arranging the type of delivery you prefer, we do not have our own delivery team.
Therefore, please understand in advance that assigning responsibility in case of an accident can be difficult.
Exchanges & Refunds
Vintage products show signs of age or use. Please consider this and make your purchase carefully. Exchanges and refunds are not possible after delivery. If you are sensitive, you can request a video before delivery or check the condition by visiting the showroom/warehouse.
