Shipping Information

Delivery will be made within 5-7 days after 입고 (receipt of goods). Shipping fees, like VAT, are separate.
Once your order is confirmed and the product is received by the delivery company, they will contact you directly.

Additional charges may apply if elevator use is not possible.

If you are concerned about potential accidents during delivery, please consider high-value shipping with insurance. There may be cases where a ladder truck is needed, or the product needs to be disassembled. Konstans can assist you with arranging the type of delivery you desire, but as we do not have our own delivery team,

we ask for your understanding in advance that it may be difficult to assign responsibility in the event of an accident.

Exchanges & Refunds

Vintage products show signs of age and use. Please consider this and make your purchase carefully. Exchanges and refunds are not possible after delivery. If you are sensitive, you can request a video before delivery or check the condition by visiting our showroom/warehouse.
