Shipping Guide

Delivery will be made within 5-7 days after arrival. Shipping costs, like VAT, are separate.
Once your order is confirmed and the product arrives at the shipping company, they will contact you directly. Additional charges may apply if elevator use is not possible. For those concerned about potential accidents during delivery, please consider high-value shipping with insurance. There may be cases where a ladder truck is needed or the product needs to be disassembled. Constance can assist you with your preferred type of delivery, but as we do not have our own delivery team, we ask for your understanding that assigning responsibility in case of an accident is difficult.
