Delivery Information

Delivery will be made within 5–7 days after arrival, and delivery fees are separate, as is VAT.
Once your order is confirmed, and the product arrives at the delivery company, the delivery company will contact you directly. Additional charges may apply if elevator use is not possible. For those concerned about potential accidents during delivery, please consider high-value shipping with insurance. A ladder truck may be necessary, or the product may need to be disassembled. Konstans can assist you with arranging the type of delivery you prefer, but please understand in advance that we cannot be held responsible for accidents as we do not have our own delivery team.

Exchange & Refund

Vintage products may show signs of age or use. Please consider this and make your purchase carefully. Exchanges and refunds are not possible after delivery. For those who are sensitive, we recommend requesting a video before delivery or checking the condition by visiting our showroom/warehouse.
