Delivery Information

Delivery will be made within 5–7 days of arrival, and delivery fees, like VAT, are separate.
Once your order is confirmed and the product arrives at the delivery company, the delivery company will contact you directly. Additional charges may apply if elevator use is not possible. For those concerned about potential accidents during delivery, please consider high-value transport with insurance. A ladder truck may be required, or the product may need to be disassembled. Konstans can assist you with your preferred type of vehicle dispatch, but please understand in advance that it is difficult to assign responsibility in the event of an accident as we do not have our own delivery team.

Exchanges & Returns

Vintage products show signs of age and use. Please consider this and make your purchase carefully. Exchanges and returns are not possible after delivery. For sensitive individuals, we recommend requesting a video before delivery or checking the condition by visiting our showroom/warehouse.
