Delivery Information
Delivery will be made within 5-7 days after 입고 (product arrival). Delivery fees are separate, similar to VAT.
Once your order is confirmed and the product arrives at the delivery company, the delivery company will contact you directly.
Additional charges may apply if elevator use is not possible.
If you are concerned about potential accidents during delivery, please consider insured high-value shipping. A ladder truck may be required, or the product may need to be disassembled. While Constance can assist customers with arranging the desired type of vehicle, please understand that we do not have our own delivery team, and therefore,
we cannot be held responsible for accidents. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Exchanges & Refunds
Vintage products may show signs of age or use. Please consider this carefully before making a purchase. Exchanges and refunds are not possible after delivery. If you are sensitive to such matters, you may request a video before delivery or check the condition by visiting our showroom/warehouse.
