Delivery will be made within 5-7 days after 입고, and shipping costs are separate, as are VAT.
After your order is confirmed and the product is received by the delivery company, the delivery company will contact you directly. Additional charges may apply if elevator use is not possible. If you are concerned about accidents that may occur during delivery, please consider expensive transportation with insurance. Sometimes a ladder truck is needed, and sometimes the product needs to be disassembled. Konstans can assist you with the type of dispatch you want, but please understand in advance that it is difficult to assign responsibility in the event of an accident as we do not have our own delivery team.

Exchanges & Refunds

Vintage products show signs of age and use. Please consider this and make your purchase carefully. Exchanges and refunds are not possible after delivery. If you are sensitive, we recommend requesting a video before delivery or checking the condition by visiting the showroom/warehouse.
